Preschool Application

Children must have reached their first, second, third, or fourth birthday by August 31st. Please complete one application per child.

Check the class for which you are registering. A registration fee of $50.00 per child is required (all classes, non-refundable).

If you have registered your child and later decide your child will not be attending, the first month’s tuition and registration fee are non-refundable.

Classes are filled on a first come, first served basis.

We must have a copy of all immunizations from your child’s doctor’s office by the first week of preschool.

A $50.00 non-refundable registration fee is due per child with this application. Card payment will run through Stripe after preschool staff connect checkout. Until that is live, submitting this form does not charge a card.
